The Story
In 2019, the Flying Squirrel Coffee Company became a reality when they found the perfect spot in downtown Mansfield and later added Crowley as their second location. Amy and her dad loved to sit and have coffee together. Combining her namesake the squirrel, and her dad’s love of flying; the Flying Squirrel was born.

Our coffee shops are located in Downtown Mansfield on Main Street just north of Broad Street and Crowley on East Main Street. It is our privilege to serve the communities, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
